Anyone know good mechanics in Seattle area?
I've got a 200TQ and I moved out here this past Fall for school, I need to find a new mechanic who knows his older Audis. I had a great guy who was a whiz back on the East coast, could tell him what I felt in the car and he knew what was up instantly. Looking to find another one of those guys in the Seattle area.... suggestions anyone?

Chris DeLong at Fine Tuning in N. Seattle has been great to me...

He currently does all the maintenance on my S4 and used to do my work on my old 10vt 4000Q. He was awesome with the old 5 cyl.!
tell him I sent ya!
Rhett
BTW, who was your East Coast guy?

Re: N.Seattle has failed me, redmond's great!!
To the OP: we are very familiar with older and newer Audis. We currently have on staff an Audi trained, dealer experienced certified technician on staff full time. We also have all the factory Audi training information in house for everything up to the new S4 models. Let us know if we can help.
Thanks for the response to my email David. Good way to man up. Ignore my attempts to right a wrong that involves people that dont work for me anymore but continue to imply that FT is a bad shop. Its good to see that after one bad experience, 2 rebuttals on this site, and two emails to you personally to resolve this matter have been ignored. I have done what I can to make things right (along with free labor) with you and you insist. So I will insist on responding to all your negativity every time you post until you acknowledge that the people that broke your timing belt cover (which was offered to be replaced for free of course) no longer work at FT.

Hey, thanks everyone for the suggestions. As for Bulldog's question... my east coast guy was Mike Earhart at Enginuity. Great guy, absolutely amazing with the electrical systems for the older Audis, and I would say just as good with the mechanicals.
