Default welcome to the mid 90s

I miss going to that place. I met the man for the first time in like 96. I'm still recovering from it! LOL

Default my co-worker has/had the record..not sure if it's current...

7 spoonfulls on one sandwich. he admits that he did not feel great that afternoon :-)

when we eat vietnamese with him, i can never tell what he's eating because it all ends up with a thick, thick layer of brown/deep red i.e. chili pastes and powders. crazy.

it's definitely hot, but it lacks flavor. It's all for show.

Yes, but I'll skip "the man" next time. That stuff is like fire!

Default Yes, but I am a 5-6 star Thai food guy.

I also grow hot peppers (Thai, Serrano, Jalepeno, Habernero, etc.) at home for fun. Habeneros (and Scotch Bonnet peppers) are hotter than crap (350K SHU (Scoville Heat Unit)), but don't taste as good to me as Thai peppers (70K SHU) or Serrano Peppers (30K SHU) or Jalepenos (10K SHU).

The "man" has a bunch of Habernero or Scotch Bonnet Pepper stuff in it I think.
