Default **Update Rev 1***

Well it has been about a month and i have both data and finally revised the setup.

<a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a4/msgs/2149258.phtml">Rev 1 details</a>

Data:
I did a few 0-100mph runs and max temp was 60C with the Rev 0 setup. I used to get that in a single 3rd gear run. I also have 0 timing retard in the 93 program. I have been running the 100 oct program with only 93 Oct in the tank and seen 0-3 deg of timing retard in 85+ deg temps... FREE RACE GAS =) So I pretty use that program now all the time.

I'm hoping that the larger water volume and more exposed core will help get rid of the 3 deg of timing retard on the 100 program.

That's it for now...

Default ***Update Rev 2***

Upgraded the heat exchanger to one with more rows and 50% more surface area. This will allow more time for the water to cool before returning to the reservoir. I also added a cleaner power steering bracket installation. The old power steering lines, were bent, cut and flared to provide the vertical piping to the new cooler (not shown).

Also made a nice curved inlet pipe with smoother transitions to go from the crossover tube to the intercooler.

***Pic coming soon***
