Grooved Bilstein settings - archives have several opinions
Eibach Pro Kit with Bilsteins. 98 A4 2.8 Quattro
Factory sport 16inch wheels with 225/50/16s.
I am putting these on Thursday.
Thanks for any replies.
The shocks are sitting at a shop, so I don't know if grooved means they have perches or not.
Some say Middle of the 5 perches Front
and bottom for the rear.
Others say leave them at the "factory" setting.
Assuming this is the bottom.
If no perches I am told to see how many revolutions from top to bottom and then use x revolutions to equal 3/4 of the way down.
I just want to remove the gap.
Thanks,

rear=all the way to the bottom/front=I have no idea, sorry...
I just replaced the Bilsteins on the rear of my A4... had them on the second from the bottom for about a year. But, this time, I have them set all the way to the bottom... looks much better.
As for the front, I'm not sure where they are set.
Hope that helps,
PeteH
