Hi was wondering if anybody’s came across this problem before, my mmi’s now started losing sound for a second then comes back on. Also sometimes it does a full shutdown and doesn’t turn back on. The funny thing is when I leave my heater off it seems to be fine even if it’s blowing cold air.

Open your trunk. On the right side, open that cover. Feel the mat around that area to see if it's wet.

Hi thank you for your reply, everything seems to be ok back there I did a check on the wires there. Also checked the wires behind the head unit they all look ok. If I leave my heater off there’s no problem at all. Thanks
