Is the 89 cents glued to the envelope part of the settlement?

Or should I say 69 cents? The nickel looked like a quarter at first.

Default Filing Deadline for Audi CO2 Master Consolidated Complaint

I noticed on the Court website an Aug 28th Filing Deadline for Audi CO2 Master Consolidated Complaint.

Can another explain what this complaint is about and how it might affect the diesel owners?

I dropped my Q7 TDI off at the dealership Friday morning. Total time at the dealership was about 10 minutes. The lady had my paperwork filled out, went outside and took a few pictures of my vehicle, went back inside and signed some things. I was told my total my amount would be in the bank Monday sometime. She said the Bosch payment will be later and wasn't sure of a time frame.

Very happy with my S6 replacement.

Got this email on Friday, looks like I didn't need to apply for the Bosch settlement separately...

Hoping that I'll be getting the Bosch check soon..

Stop the press.

Half of my Bosch money (i.e. $750) showed up today! Gen 2 Q7.

Me too. I was wondering what the deal was because on www.boschvwsettlement.com getting $750 sort of suggested someone else getting other half of payout, i.e. bogus second claim on VIN. But based on everyone's posts today it sounds like they just released 1/2 of the $1,500 now? Presumably with the rest to follow later when the 3.0 fix is approved & applied to the vehicle?
BTW, this Q5 thread has been a great source of 'diesel-gate' reference info - on the A7 forum there's not a lot of news (probably since not too many NAm TDI out there in A7 guise).
