I noticed on the Court website an Aug 28th Filing Deadline for Audi CO2 Master Consolidated Complaint.
Can another explain what this complaint is about and how it might affect the diesel owners?

After the appointment you'll get an email - you can elect then to get a paper check or provide bank account routing information. No need to bring blank check (or deposit slip) to the dealer - they won't take it. All they do is verify identity and that the car is operational. Finances are handled separately.
Very happy with my S6 replacement.

Dont expect to get anything from Bosch until your Gen2 is fixed..

Me too. I was wondering what the deal was because on www.boschvwsettlement.com getting $750 sort of suggested someone else getting other half of payout, i.e. bogus second claim on VIN. But based on everyone's posts today it sounds like they just released 1/2 of the $1,500 now? Presumably with the rest to follow later when the 3.0 fix is approved & applied to the vehicle?
BTW, this Q5 thread has been a great source of 'diesel-gate' reference info - on the A7 forum there's not a lot of news (probably since not too many NAm TDI out there in A7 guise).
