Ordered New Wheels/Tires
After deliberating a long time, considering OEMs, eBay knockouts, Craiglist posted take-offs, went for the Hartmann's seven spoke split design in 20" with 25mm offset. This brings the outer edge of the wheels a little over 6mm (about a quarter inch for metrically challenged 
) while providing over an additional inch inner clearance. They will be wrapped with Continental ExtremeContact DWS 275/45ZR20. These will be winter tires. If I like them, I may keep them all year around and start a new topic for 21" peelers in the marketplace.
