Looks like the soft close door feature on my 2018 (passenger side only) doesn't work. When I do a "soft close", I can hear a motor running (similar to the other doors that work), but it doesn't pull the door in.

It's not a big deal for me, but wondering if it is a known issue and/or what the fix may be?

I have no issues with my soft close doors, but this can possibly explain what may be wrong (not the same car, but a simiar issue)
