Default Front parking sensors disliked my bumper guard license frame

Put one of those bumpshox style plate frames on the front of my car getting ready to drive it out of the dealership. As soon as I put it in drive the front sensor goes into a steady beeeeeep. Had to go get the sales guy who’d just left me and get the screwdriver back Any other recommendations for front bumper protection?

This works, no problem, not as good, but good enough and error free:

That is one I use as well - it replaced the BumpShox one for the same reasons as the OP's.

Using the same one on my Q7, no problems, still looks brand new, although I don't street park. No discoloration from all that salt last two winters.

Went with 3m ppf recommended by my stereo guy when I had him install romik running boards and my viper smartstart. Pricey but less to worry about I guess. Whatever
