+1 on Einzsett - it dries to a more matte finish than 303, but cleans well and is great for colored or clear plastic. Not sure I would use it as a leather cleaner/protector, but I use it everywhere else.

From the looks of those pictures, it looks like the doors were kept open in extended Rain or when sprinklers were.

Dashboard use the https://www.detailersdomain.com/prod...-cleaner-500ml or https://www.detailersdomain.com/prod...nt=14114520323
For Leather use Leatherique https://www.detailersdomain.com/prod...prestine-clean and https://www.detailersdomain.com/prod...ejuvenator-oil

Leatherique will work wonders on your leather, I have used it on our R8 with Audi exclusive leather and it has bought them back to factory condition. The oil and pristine clean are the best.

A good leather guy can re-dye those armrests. I doubt the doors were exposed to a sprinkler etc. The damage is only on the armrest which is a separate piece. Looks like they’re vinyl instead of leather.

If you look carefully there is "damage" to the upper plastic trim at the top of the door, by the glass. Clearly something dripped into both doors, and I'm surprised there isn't electrical damage from the water dripping into the electronics and switches in the handle. I dont think the poster is giving you the complete story
