Default Keu User email - MyAudi app not working anymore

I just received an email from myAudi that I have been reset as the key user in my vehicle 2018 Audi Q7 3.0 TFSI Prestige quattro. If I want to remain the key user for my vehicle, I need to enter the vehicle code in your vehicle again. This code can be found in the plastic fob on one of the vehicle keys which you received together with the vehicle. When in the MMI to do the reset, I'm fearful I'll wipe out all my settings. Before I do that I'm asking if anyone else got that email? Could it be related to the 3g turndown? The MyAudi app on my phone no longer works and the items that are "grayed out" in the app are those that I believe will not work after the 3G turndown. I thought we'd be turned off after Feb 22. Any thoughts? Thanks.
