Default suspension knock sound when hitting incline

2017 3.0 q7
anyone get a knock sound with hitting an incline driveway or hill? sounds like its coming from suspension but not sure what it is. when hitting the incline its like a frame knock or tie rod knock?
sound familiar?
thnx

I get it too occasionally, under the circumstances you describe when the steering is almost at full lock. There's no obvious issue but I’m I’ll be out of warranty in the next few months so I’m really keeping tabs on it to see if there is a change for the worse.

I would bet on the sway bars.

Same here. Steering at or near full lock and on an incline. I was wondering about control arm bushings.

I have put 250k miles on Audi’s in the last 15 years and I would start with the sway bars.

I had that happen, see this thread.

https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q7-...clunk-2945556/

it it happens at low speed when turning and going up incline, such as turning into a driveway or alley way. Replaced under warranty on the front. It’s now starting to happen on the rear so have them check that too.
