Default Volume knot on center console not working
It happens randomly and loses all functions. It is only fixed after restarting the car, anyone else has had this issue?

resetting the MMI works for me.

+1 - have had to do this a couple of times when the volume **** lost function.

i know it doesn't help, but the "Audio 15" radio in my 2016 Mercedes Metris loses volume control, too, and has to be rebooted.

Saw this thread the other day and thought to myself, never had this issue. Fast forward to today, grabbed my wife’s car and had the issue. Was fine after a restart. Noticed that the steering wheel control still worked when the **** didn’t.
