Want to upgrade wheels & Tires to 21"

Have you driven them on snowy/slushy/icy conditions yet? I know they're rated well but I'd like to get an idea of what real world compromises there are versus going with real winter tires, especially with regards to braking performance.

I have driven in in 2-3 inches of snow, slush, as well as 4-5 inches of rain water (flooding). Breaking handled well in all of these cases however to be honest the snow driving was only once when the vehicle was only a few days old so it was hard to really know it like I do now.
Being a person who has driven in snow most of my life I would not hesitate to use these tires as my year-round tire. If you are constantly in snow deeper than 6 inches then of course a dedicated snow tire is the best way to go.
Hope this helps.
