Problem starting the car when "hot"........
Well I'm a new owner and I noticed that after driving for a while the engine is getting very hot. Is this normal for these cars (UR's)?
Also, sometimes after short stop I'm having problems starting the car (it's only happened when the engine is hot).
Thanks

Make sure you starter solonoid is good. IME these are very susceptible to heat soak. Make sure your heat blanket is sill in place, lastly make sure your seeing a good 12V at the starter. 10-11 won't cut it here. Of course the UrQ starter wiring is just as ssusceptible to age and road crap as other models so an overall check is in order

4x5x5 said it all. Make sure you sending 12 volts from starter selenoid to cold start injector. During warm starts cold start injector
injects for split secong gasoline to intake plenum which makes starts easier. Make sure that you do not have vacuum leaks.
