Default Any of you guys gonna go karting today?

Yesterday was the first time I've ever been to the Denver Indoor Kart Racing place...and man...I'm Hooked!

Some karts were faster than others I think. On the very first race, my best lap was a 21.61. Second race, 22.30.

wtf? My averages fell too. Meh.

Anyways, any of you guys up to kart tonight?

Default We were out at IMI all day

This was an amazing change from those indoor karts :-)
Spencer's new kart was scary fast. When I was going around a turn thinking it was going to slide, it just kept gripping and asking for more. You have to fight to keep your head up straight in the turns. My one scary moment was locking the brakes (rear brakes only) after the back straight, did a 540 in a cloud of smoke but managed to stay on the pavement ;-)

Default Thanks! Now I'm sad though...

You guys have moved on to bigger and better things. Oh yeah, and way more expensive!

And I thought that $15/10 minutes was expensive
