High Speed Vibration
Hey guys,
I've been getting a high speed vibration above 70 mph. I've just had new tires installed/balanced and it didn't help. The tire shop has one of those computer balancers and they say the wheels are now fine.
Any ideas?

There are a list of possibilities:
1. Alignment (not a high on the list)
2. The computer equipment (Look for a place that uses Hunter equipment: http://www.gsp9700.com/pub/search/findgsp9700.cfm
3. Shocks
4. Wheel
5. The people running the equipment. (Well all equipment is only as good as the people working it. Not to degrade the guys who you use.)
My feeling is to try and seek out a different shop. I would also have the tech go with you on a test drive to be sure they are feeling the same thing you do.
