if you crave a true sports car driving experience.....
Keep the RS, and add a Porsche. Lots of low cost optional ways to wade into the waters (older 911/996 era/Boxster S/Cayman....). Even a low cost car will provide a great experience. As cool as the TTRS is, all the journals still rate the P cars as more true sports cars.
Just my opinion/trying to help! This has worked for me.
If that is not an option, put a Stassis MS suspension in the RS. I was lucky and my car came with it, but it is amazing and really improves the car.
happy new year all!

You can grab an old boxster for about $10,000 these days. Pretty crazy that they've been around for 10+ years already.
In any event, that would be a great track day car. A little underpowered, but the smiles on peoples' faces when they spend a day with a spec Miata would indicate that power isn't all that matters on a road course.
As for equipping the RS4 with Stasis coilovers, I'd be hesitant because of the cost, and the PITA of maintaining them (an extra $1000 in labour for removal/reinstall after sending them back for refurbishment every couple/few years). Just hardly seems worth the hassle. Spend that $5000 or so more wisely I'd say. Of course others would disagree.
