Default Milltek RS 4 Exhaust with valves prototyped and track run...

Milltek has successfully implemented a catback system with German-made valves on the mufflers like the OEM RS 4 system. This will allow folks to have a system that opens up with the press of your forthcoming Sport button. We will also offer systems with no valves.

In the next couple of weeks, so new high-end downpipe and cat prototypes will be installed. The good news is that Milltek has access to many tracks in the area and is able to really push hard on the product for testing. -Pete, Stratmosphere. 1.866.533.1777

Default He's getting a massive crowd in the pits at track events...

and they fitted several RS 4 pace cars with Milltek catback systems for Audi UK for a recent big-time motorcycle race. -Pete

Default awesome! sign me up for one with a valve...

ideally, valve-closed would have a quieter exhaust note than stock valve-closed, while valve-open would be something close to being cited for noise pollution

Default Will these be available for other cars?

Like the B7 S4? I would love a push button louder/freer flowing exhaust option.

Default We haven't gotten to that yet...

it would be a function of having that button installed with all the other hardware and making it work. In addition, the system design is different from an S4 system. But...I'll keep it in mind. -Pete

Default My feelings exactly, however...

the system MUST perform well with the valves closed. I think the reasoning for that is that you still want the car fast with soft suspension and normal throttle. -Pete
