The more I read about the RS4....
The more I believe this might be the ultimate 4-seasons car.

You're right.. along with the S4
I think both cars provide an ultimate 4 season ride in their respective price points. I mean if you don't need the extra insane handling and power of the RS4, the S4 itself IMO is second to none for performance AWD luxury.
And the RS4 just ups the ante to a pretty much unaproachable level.
The Porsche CS4 can compete in performance for the weather, but not the practicality (4 doors, trunk space, easier to drive, etc)..
I suppose we could always like a bit more power, but the RS4 as of now is just about all one can want in this type of car.
