has anyone done any bass in their trunk/interior? I am takin' delivery on monday of a Daytona Gray/Black Int RS4 and want to add some bumb....

Just wanted to see if anyone had some picx, my last install had 3 10" subs, i am looking to do maybe one 10" or 12" on the side of the trunk so it doesn't monopolize the entire space...

I'll post some pics later today. I had a 10" JBL low profile sub installed on the left side of the drunk replacing that plastic compartment. It sounds a lot better...despite the Bose.

Every time I take it out I remember how bad the system sounds without it. I have the amp turned up to about ¼ gain and keep the bass at 50% so the system can shine with mid range and highs. It really is a good system but it can't push any bass. When you let it focus on what it's good at it sounds great. I don't know how any of you can stand stock.

Evil Buddha, that's a great picture from Deal's Gap. Are you from Tennessee or the Southeast? Daytona Grey's a great color. I've got a Phantom Black RS4. I've only got a Passport 8500X50. Tough cops in NC, VA, and Tenn.

Sorry this has taken so long...had to go out and purchase a new camera when mine was stolen out of the glove compartment!!! Probably by a valet guy.
