RS4 is out of production so no competition really...
If the RS4 was still available (forgive me if the US still gets the RS4), it is light years ahead looks wise compared to the M3...
Sounds like the M3 sedan is heavier, which will probably have the RS4 sedan winning all shoot outs against the M3 sedan...
