Default Of course not.

audi.com is the corporate global site. I think you meant audi.co.uk.

Default Compared S4/M3 prices via UK sites for both and here are the final prices(m)...

The S4 undercut the M3 by a few bucks at 44,880.00, the M3 came in at a hefty 51,103.00, this is in British Pounds. So the New S4 should be base at $44,000 and round out with a good amount of options at $52,000 while the M3 base is $47,000 and rounds out at $59,395. Well there is my guess at American $ for the new S4

Default ??? 1.00 GBP = $1.61 USD

44,000 X 1.61 = $70,800,,, however, those prices include 17% VAT as compared to 7% US sales tax,, so 1.61 x .90 = $1.45 x 44,000 = $63,800 USD (w/ tax) or approx. $58,800 USD (w/o tax)

Default Not to mention that U.K. prices are higher .....

period. It't fairly well known there that new cars are priced higher in the U.K. I'm not sure if its a gov. tax or just the mfg's knowing they can do it.

None the less, new car buyer often buy cars for thousands less by ordering on the continent. And-yes they can order the steering wheel on the wrong side and have the car shipped in.

Articles I've read recently put the new S4 in the mid $40's to about $48K fully tricked out.

Default US will be more than $48K "fully tricked out", MSRP for my 2001 B5 S4 Avant...

...was $45K, and it's pretty much "fully tricked out" with all the equipment listed below. I'm guessing around $50K to $52K "fully tricked out".

Default Sweet! Cool to be able to see all the different colors.

I was planning on BB like my other cars, but that Moro Blue looks cool.

And we get the body colored side thingies over here, right?
