B7 Order Guide Now Available...

i am sure some one else will chime in
i just wanted to let u know when i had called and checked on my order for my intake and my short shifter i talked ot bob, what a great guy i just wanted to let u know. he was sooo helpful and so knowledgeable... u got some guys got some good people up there

Was told the DVD nav just replaces the stock stereo system.
I ordered a 05.5' S4 Cab which will have the new nav system in it. It seems that they just changed the stereo system to the new one with the bigger nav. Like the Audi Nav+ system. From my understanding you should be able to swap it with the systems in the B6 S4's.

i'm assuming you're talking about "retro-fitting" the DVD Nav in the B6...
i've been told that it has already been done, however as of yet there is no map available for NA...
the installation is actually even easier than the "older" Nav system, as the TMC unit is now part of the Nav unit... the TMC unit let you get the info in the cluster instrument...
hopefully with the B7 due to hit our shores early 2005, the map situation should be solved...
