My dealer calls me today and was like, yah your delivery date got pushed back to 8/20 from 8/15 from 8/8 saying my car was still "in transit" now that I have no idea what it means, but I think we are begining to see the BS that some of you all have been talking about for a while...until I SEE my ride I'm not gonna believe what they tell me.

To tell you the truth...I don't really know if it is. Last week it was at port, now it's coming into port or just arrived there today, he said it might be being held at port, but getting the cars back and forth from port to Michigan is going to be the easiest part of delivery apparently because AofRH, uses the same trucks that AoA uses to bring their cars over with. Those guys are jokers

yea I hear ya. From waht I understand no cars are being released before 8/8 (originally 8/22) And from what I understand your cars are coming from the north eastern port which is releasing cars on 8/8 from what I am hearing taking a week from then to get to your dealer or more isnt that uncommon at least for audi. So basically 8/8 or 8/22 seems to be the two repeated numbers. Best of luck to you and hang in there.

The first Audi I ordered was held up by a trucking strike for weeks. It's always something.

Normally I would agree, but my dealer has been right on 90% of the time. Plus the guy I deal with is an Audi person not a person trying to sell cars and knows alot more then whats just on paper about audi and there cars.
