oil burning
With my 1998 S4, should i expect to see some oil as blue smoke from the exhaust on start up, this is after leaving the car standing for two weeks. Is this normal ????? its got 69k on the clock.

After two weeks you might see some smoke at first but if it continues get it checked out...
chances are its something else cuasing the smoke, not oil. My guess is some deposits on the injectors or in the cylanders burning off that have sat for two weeks. Then again it might be a slow oil leak that cuased it, check your oil level and you will know.
