132 = teh suck

and if it's foggy...don drive it imho...deadly. yes, driving through tracy awful, but dumb folks are passing on 132 way too often.

What is Ticket Assassin? I usually get an attorney...

Get an attorney that goes to the court often. They usually can meet with the prosecutor and get it worked out. Hope for a busy day and the prosecutor will not see if you have a long record or not.
