Agreed! I think without the flash, it might look quite different.

I have never leased a car so I don't know the usual lease terms, but does one not need to return the car back to its original state, except for the normal wear and tear, before handing the car back in ?

Yes, but it's sometimes if they catch it or care. I saw someone get hit with a B7 for turning it in with a spare tire which didn't match the same *brand* as the others - even though it was the same size tire.

I agree about this piece of **** trim I was quite surprised to find that it was plastic. It bothers me but not enough that I would go to the trouble that you did. As long as your happy with the results that's the main thing. Pictures of the interior are very hard if you don't have the right camera. I'll bet it looks great in person.

I have leased several cars over the years and was always worried about putting too many miles on as well about damages etc. I have purchased my last three cars including my new S4. I have already done some modifications and plan on doing more. I don't think I would ever lease again.

you masked the **** out of that car!!! hahaha good job...just looked funny in the final pic with everything taped up and covered with newspaper and/or plastic. I guess you can never be too careful...
