Thanks to everyone for the feedback. It seems like the Contis are the way to go but I will look into the Michelins as well. I must admit that I am a bit hesitant to switch to the Contis due to past experience. I had the older generation of dws extreme contact Contis (20") on my Q5 and it altered the driving experience. In dry conditions, I felt like i was all over the road and the cornering suffered. Before the tire change it felt like i was driving a car but afterwards you definitely knew you were in an suv - not sure if anyone can relate but the driving experience was notably different. Some reviews mentioned that the aggressive tread pattern and soft sidewalls were an issue. But I did have a lot of confidence driving in wet conditions. Handled fine in light snow. As Mark mentioned in his reply, the reviews on the Michelin PS A/S 3+ suggest that they are better than the Contis in dry conditions and relatively the same in wet/snow. The only negative is that the Michelins may be feel a little harsher with bumps and potholes. I still have about 2 weeks before the S4 arrives so I'll do a bit more research...Thank you again to everyone for your feedback.
