Default Engine oil temp in HUD

Is this only a thing for "C" owners and not for "B" owners?
I was watching a YT video the other day, and saw engine oil temperature in their HUD. This was a C7.5 I believe. I tried Googling B9, HUD, Engine oil, but nothing came up. Anyone aware of such a cool wizardry in the B9? I know, we can already see it in the VC (albeit by scrolling through different menus), but would love to be able to see it without having to look down, while driving.

Excellent!! Thank You!!

Update:
So I went to check and it says they are both already active/activated? By both, I mean; "Lap timer in DIS" and "Enable Sport Display in HUD."
This is what my long coding says (unless I don't quite understand how long coding works).

Did you press the silver HUD button to cycle the different views? If you press it it should cycle from normal, to sport, to off.

Also, before you go any further I highly recommend saving a full VCDS backup if you haven't done so already.

Thank you for reassuring the internets, that I am a complete moron!!! lol No, I did not..

Back from the garage and sure enough it's there!!! lol
Question, why is the font bigger? Either way, thank you for "Showing me the way."

PS: I have NOT saved a full VCDS backup. Something I should have done, before tinkering with it, years ago.

I used
to perform a full scan. The only thing he doesn't talk about in the video is, where it is stored. More importantly how to retrieve it, as in what the file name is.

It should be in C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Logs

First and foremost, Thank you for assistance. It is very much appreciated.

When I went to "logs," It shows 71 Excel files, and one "log" from yesterday (As that is when I performed this full scan). This must have been due to me saving it as, "Raw Hex." As that is how Charles says to save it. This is why I was questioning where the raw hex file, could be found in my laptop. As I should have mentioned the "Raw Hex" portion upon asking..
Again, your help has been greatly appreciated.

Well according to that link raw hex is preferred because if you really bork a module you can restore it with that file, so that's good. I'm guessing there's a raw hex file for every computer.

It's all good man, we're all learning every day.
