1st flat in the S today... Jack question...

i am an idiot then...
so when i want to make a 2 minute adjustment to the rear shock rebound, i should probably have a 30+lb after market jack in the trunk. Or for when that very rare roadside tire change comes up... right
Honestly people who have had failures with the OEM jack are not using them properly, ie using them like they are a hydraulic floor jack. it is designed for emergency use only and is perfect for that use.

Agreed. I had a flat once and it worked fine. It's not like I'm pitting in an F1 car.
I can see if people have had multiple tire issues but i think for once every few years the OEM jack will work fine.
Of course I haven't had it drop my car. If it did that I would probably buy a better jack.
