How much does Blouch charge for a full rebuild of a set of blown K04's?

How much does Blouch charge for a full rebuild of a set of blown K04's?
Need a set rebuilt, including new CHRA's since the blades are dinged and some play. Couldn't get ahold of them so wondering a rough estimate for the pair.
