I believe that one of my front wheels are either off balance or out of round. The only other tire I have in that direction is my plugged spare.

So my question how much do you all think the tire's stablility and integrity is reduced by, being plugged? Would mounting this tire on the rear axle be smarter then on the front?? I hope this made some sense, brain hurts to much work on little sleep today....

I think I read where they're good for maybe 80-90 mph without question (but don't hold me to that.) If you do normal eveyday driving and aren't driving above 80 at all you shouldn't have to worry. If you like to exceed legal limits for extended periods, or take the car to the track, you're taking more of a chance.

I had a plug put in one of the Goodyear RSA tires on our A6 Avant and I'm comfortable with that for how we drive the car. I had a nail in one of my S4 RE040 tires, and didn't trust the plug for taking the car to the QCUSA Road America event, so I decided it was time to replace the Blowtenza's with Pilot Sports.
