I fell in love with my car again today.

No big story. Windows down, music up, 80mph, sunny day.

Despite all the paranoia and broken parts, I am still crazy about my S. I didn't know if it was smart, at the time, to blow my money on this car. Now I can say, it's the best money I've ever spent.

It's funny how you appreciate something so much more after you've been separated from it. I hadn't driven my car in three weeks or so, and when I finally got back behind the wheel it was very much like slipping in to bed with an old lover. Best feeling ever, man.

We are lucky people.

I just came back from Cuba to find a beautiful perfectly running S4 in my garage...

I missed it like crazy and I love it even more just looking at it. Haven't even driven it yet.

What if your old lover is a total bitch who just screws you over again?

Anyway, I know *exactly* how you feel. My car was MIA for 3 weeks for some bodywork...getting it back was like instant happiness.

I get so much **** from my friends for loving my car as much as I do. I think THEY are the crazy people =)
