Im going to try to swap out my turbos without taking out the engine, starting tomorrow

I think that it is not reasonable to try to change turbos without pulling the engine.
I have done a lot's of turbo and manifold repairs, and pulling the engine takes about 4 hours if there are no problems.
Then you can change the turbos much easily, without so much stress. Then you can also be sure that everything is correctly tightened and installed.
Putting the engine back takes more time, but I have done the whole job in two long days.

Honestly, I don't see how it's worth it. You might be able to get at all the fasteners with some special tools and tiny hands, but by the time you pull that off you could have pulled the engine.
The main problem I see is removing and reconnecting all the turbo coolant and oil piping - those banjo bolts are tough enough to get to with the motor out.
