Default My passenger wiper does not stay flush with the windshield...

Even replaced the wiper and no luck.. almost like the wiper arm needs new springs or something. Is this very common?

Default windshield is orginal yes.

The last 4 inches of the blade doesn't touch the window anymore when the blade is in the resting position. strange.

Default you need to take apart the rubber blade from the 2 metal strips that hold it.

the metal strips need to be turned upside down to form a bow effect. Most likely the tech didn't put it in the proper orientation. If you can look at the box from where the rubber replacement blades came from. There is an illustration of how it should bow.

Default Re: My passenger wiper does not stay flush with the windshield...

I would think they put it on wrong so that the wiper does not follow the shape of the windshield. Then it indeed does not work well.
