Looking for a next cheap 2-3 hundred $ mod for the S, not too sure as to what the options are at this point.

- Tip Chip (already done the 00032 coding)

- Looking maybe to add the XR program to my X, not sure on the cost.

- Custom exhaust by myself (cat back)

- Some sort of custom hybridding the k03's with new wheels, etc..

Any other ideas or suggestions on these? Estimated gains? I have access to a shop full of tools and what not, to be done by myself and probably a buddy.

Whats the cost for adding program/ power increase with the XR?

$500 for the eprom but like $100 it you get the flashloader

If I were you I'd just pick one up used for the same amount it's gonna cost for a custom fab. But that's just me. I did Tip chip at the same time as my ECU chip, so I can't really tell u how big of a performance gain you'll get shift wise. BUT it's definately quicker shifts which will just help prolong the life of your tranny, especially if you're thinking about XR and bigger turbos. But it's definately not "super bike shifting" or whatever if claimed by AWE.
