Noticed my headlights tend to flicker. What could it be? Bad ground? Ballast going bad?

Default Noticed my headlights tend to flicker. What could it be? Bad ground? Ballast going bad?
I checked the connectio to the headlight,and it seems fine.

When my Saab started doing this it wound up being the bulb. It has a D1S system, though

Default Mine started to do that and it was the ballast, ,but....
to make sure, just switch the ballasts on each side and see if the probelm transfers over to the other headlight, or if it sticks with the bulb.
