Default me too. but there are solutions that aren't too expensive to regain e-brake functionality

I realize that this suggestion overall isn't all that practical. But we shouldn't discourage people from asking questions like this, it limits progress and originality.

What if everyone here convinced Piggie, Simpply and Mark @ Autospeed that trying to put GT series turbos on an S4 was a stupid idea and an impossibility?

Default It would take extensive (read custom and big $$$) brackets. It would ruin brake bias. (m)

But I guess if you wanted only show and not function, it might work. But the cost of custom brackes would be bring you close to the cost a 4 corner kit.

You won't be able to run the oe front rotors in the rear, due to the carrier width for the rear caliper.

It theoretically would be possible to move the front calipers to the rear, but it's not such a good idea. You;d have to fabricate some brackets, probably do some trimming on the HP2 calipers as well. Your bias would be shifted rearward, and you'd gain a bunch of pedal travel. You'd lose your parking brake.

The OE stuff is heavy and not worth keeping.

You'd be much better off doing a front bbk + rear replacement or a proper 4 wheel kit.

Default agreed. i had ecs slotted on the front stock brakes so i figured with..

good pads i should be doing better then, for instance the S8 rear brake mod... get about 12.4 inches of surface in the back with a caliper to match and the bbk in the front, should be a nice setup... i hope
