Took about a half hour to jack the car up, take off the six bolts holding the bar itself to the mounts that are bolted to the car. Took off the rubber tranny mount. Test fitted the new mount to the bar, fit (wooo!). Bolted everything back down... (I loathe tightening the bolts under the bar that hold the mount to the tranny -- that was the longest part of it since I could only turn it about 16th a turn at a time, because of clearance). Getting the bar back into its mounts was a trick too, but I was able to wiggle it in there.

Anyway, after a quick trip around the parking garage, the noise and vibration are gone. Not sure if it was caused by a bad mount, or a lousy install job I did last weekend, but this thing is friggin great now! You wouldn't know it was there until you go to shift!
