I have an O2 S4 with, A Giac X chip, nuespeed exhaust, upgraded diverter valves, and a evo intake. How much HP/TQ do you think I am running because I just had a RS4 clutch and flywheel package installed on my car and when I am in 5 or 6th gear and accelerate hard it seems to slip? Could it be a defect in my new clutch or am I just pushing to much torque? Any Information would help out.

They're coming out of the box set up wrong.

My RS4 clutch works great on Stg3 until I start hating on it. Properly set up, it's overkill for your Stg2.

What does STFA mean?

Unfortunately there was a batch of RS4 clutches installed over the last month, all displaying the same symptoms of slippage. This can be avoided with proper adjustment prior to installation. I don't recall the exact details on the adjustment.
STFA means "Search The Forum Archives". Specifically I'd search for RS4 clutch posts from the last 8-10wks. You will find lots of info on how folks solved this problem. Good luck!

There was a good post within the last couple weeks that described the problem with RS4 clutches. Has to do with the setup of the self adjusting feature. I think the subject of the tread was something like 'how I spent my weekend'.
