question re: lower grille.....
purchase scotchbirte scuff pad from local body shop supplier or autozone. there are different grades, grey is the light and the dark red clay color is the more abbrasive, these are used to scuff the trim. wheni did it i started with the reddish color and then finished with the grey. once you have that make sure the piece is scuffed up pretty good so that there are tiny hair line scratches covering entire trim. next take a paint thinner or cleaning solvent (i used the omni au cleaner in the gallon jug) to clean the trim. you can use a cheese cloth or tack cloth for this step, this basically eliminates all the dust and grime that the piece has on it. once you have done all that just go ahead and paint and clear coat. really not much more to it.
