Need Access to a lift.
Hey guys.. So I'd like to do my tc myself however. Im new to the area, and do not have access to a lift /tranny jack.
Any help would be great.
If not, Im just going to wait next month and have the TC/k04s done. I believe my turbos blew last night.

Be careful...
Installing the TC and Transmissions in these cars is very tricky business. Several people have broken things badly, more than once. All I can say is it is very important to follow every single step of the Bentley procedure to the utmost detail. TC depth is a very precise measurement. Take no short cuts, and avoid even the obvious ones.
Call Mike Rooney at Ingolstadt West for details. He's gotten mine right, twice. Many others have had trouble with mine, and others. Mike is always happy to offer advice to DIY folks.
