Hi all- wondering if anyone here can recommend a real estate buyer's agent in Austin?
I have tentative plans to fly out in June to take a look at the area. I'm interested in a small apartment building, probably no more than 5-6 units. Thanks in advance!

My Wife is an agent and would be happy to work with you
She has commercial clients who purchase duplex/quadplex or larger, she also has some dirt investors, alonger with a smattering of residentail listings. She deals wit local and remote clients, she had a closing last week on an investor from CA who flew out one weekend and toured the properties with her and then the closing and inspections etc were all handled while the client was remote.
