Explain the noise, where exactly is it coming from, does it go away after warmed?

It sounds like it coming from the front right wheel.

When Discount installed the Kumhos they had a b!tch of a time trying to remove that wheel.

The sound is like a brake rubbing or something. I may take my car to Mike to have him take a look.
