Sure, as long as they can fabricate everything thats not included
Like a proper downpipe or exhaust manifold to handle the extra power. And what about fuel, which fuel pump or injectors are you going to use? How about intake and/or intercooler plumbing? And then the biggest question of all, what programming are you going to use to utilize the added power?
The ATP kits are far from complete. Even if you ignore most people's concern about the quality of their components you need to figure out what else will be required to make the thing run.
Renn-Art has put together a "kit" if you can call it that, which is a bit more complete and covers a few more issues. But still expect to fill in the blanks or have a porr running car when you're done.
There's a reason the APR and Del Rio kits cost more, they are a complete solution that covers all areas to ensure you have a well running car when you're finished. If you like a challenge and have the brains or resources to finish the job then we need someone to go with the ATP kit and run with it. But don't expect it to be simple.

Well..........
There are different manifold options. ATP, Kinetic, etc.
42 Draft Designs is coming out with a 3" downpipe that will bolt up to stock turbo, and should work fine with the eliminator.
The kit also comes with injectors, so you'd need to toss an inline in there. I ran Unitronic a while ago, and it was terrible. However, I hear they have improved a lot. I personally hate chiptuning, but to each his own
So basically, youre wrench needs to fabricate an inlet pipe - shouldnt be too bad. I think the stock charge piping bolts up but I could be wrong.
FWIW, my setup is not even CLOSE to this.
Also, dont expect to make huge power. I personally dont see these making huge numbers at all. But it WILL whip the snot out of stock
