Default car stumbles

Hi i recently had my ecu chipped in my 01' tt 225 and installed a forge 007p dv and everything was running fine with almost no hesitation until yesterday when I tried to floor it and the car stumbled horribly before pulling hard. The stumble happens about 3100rpm... What could this be? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Default Here ya go...

$112 bucks is the cheapest I've seen in a while.

PS. I keep a spare MAF in my trunk.<ul><li><a href="http://www.purems.com/products/product.php/II=1747">pure motorsport dot com</a></li></ul>

Default could be a MAF - could also be time to do either sparks or coil packs.... or both

I had a similar issue with higher boost and the car would stumble... swapped MAF and had same issue.... how many miles?
