How long of a break in period is needed on South Bends OFE series Stg. 3 clutch?

How long of a break in period is needed on South Bends OFE series Stg. 3 clutch?
in terms of miles driven, and what does it mean, no high rev launches or high rev driving? or both? I am not hard launching it or compression brake but I am running it to about 4.5k rpm...but not sustained.
