REVO boost ?

Just got revo. is it normal for my car to show 22 psi but feel no power when I'm at full accleration?
with half accleration I can feel the pull from the turbo. I spike at 22 and hold about 18-20.
On the freeway in 5th gear if stomp on it I'll spike at 30 and hold 25 but again not very much power.
but if I do that with half accleration it pulls
could i have a leak or what. it only happens when I'm on it all the way.
