Updated: Stumble at 5200 RPM 3rd gear 18~20lbs boost? clutch? help?
I've noticed when on spirited runs that the car will stumble from time to time: Symptoms I have to let the car get up to normal operating temps, then if I drop the car down into 3rd I notice while watching the tach a stumble at around 5200 to 5400, I usually let off when this occurs.(I see this in 4th and up but speed limits leave most of my testing to 3rd)
I've reset and vagcom and these are the codes that were present but they did not come back during my next run and the stumble was present...
3 Faults Found:
17521 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B1 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1113 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16826 - EVAP Emission Control Sys: Small Leak
P0442 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low
P1602 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
Any thoughts or suggestions on what I should log and repeat the test? [Just to ensure it wasn't a overboost problem I turned off my boost machine]
-I've logged misfires no problems
-I've logged block 20 for knock and found that while it is correcting the cylinders are pretty uniform and are staying under the 11.25 degree limit

The DV is a Forge but it's the adjustable one without the piston
I had it on 33 clicks positive, with the BM hooked up. I adjusted it this morning to 25 clicks positive and will observe what that does without the BM. Never lubed the inside, I'll try later this week and see.
We still need to get together sorry I've been so busy... Did you make it to rockin tomatoe this weekend? I was working on the trailer so couldn't go.

Well, try that and see >
not sure it'll help as I don't know how it operates, but periodic cleaning and lubing is imoportant for the forge piston types.
Na, didn't make it either, and yeah, we still do!
